About Me

I have been writing, mostly for myself, the majority of my life. I was lucky enough to write plays and sermons for the youth at the Presbyterian church in my hometown of Clinton, Wisconsin.

I fulfilled a dream a being a sportswriter—although it was short lived­—for the Beloit Daily News in Beloit, Wisconsin.

My first book to be published, My Journey to Somewhere (or ramblings from a chaotic mind on mental illness, fear, anxiety, and depression—you know, the fun stuff) arose from the multiple issues I began dealing with while writing my actual first book (not yet published) Making Russian Dolls. I started journaling my feelings and then as it progressed, I realized I had another book!
